The surface of galvanized steel sheet has a unique smooth, flat and gorgeous star flower, and the base color is silver-white. The special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of galvanized steel sheet can reach 25A, with good heat resistance, and can be used in a high temperature environment of 315℃; the coating has good adhesion to the paint film, good processing performance, and can be pressed, sheared, welded and other processing; the surface conductivity is very good.
The coating composition is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. The production process of galvanized steel sheet is similar to that of galvanized steel sheet and aluminum-plated sheet, which is a continuous melting plating process. When the 55% aluminum-zinc alloy galvanized steel sheet is exposed to the same environment on both sides, its corrosion resistance is superior to that of the galvanized steel sheet of the same thickness. 55% aluminum-zinc alloy galvanized steel sheet not only has good corrosion resistance, but also has excellent adhesion and flexibility.
Characteristics of galvanized steel:
1. Thermal reflectivity:
The thermal reflectivity of galvanized steel is very high, twice that of galvanized steel, and is often used as a heat insulation material.
2. Heat resistance:
Aluminum-zinc alloy steel sheet has good heat resistance and can withstand high temperatures above 300 degrees Celsius, which is similar to the high-temperature oxidation resistance of aluminum-plated steel sheet. It is often used in chimney pipes, ovens, luminaires and solar lampshades. Corrosion resistance:
The corrosion resistance of galvanized steel coils is mainly attributed to aluminum and its protective effect. When zinc is worn, aluminum will form a dense layer of aluminum oxide, preventing corrosion-resistant materials from further eroding the interior.
3. Economic:
Since the density of 55% aluminum zinc is smaller than that of Zn, the area of galvanized steel sheet is more than 3% larger than that of galvanized steel sheet under the same weight and the same thickness of the gold plating layer.
4. Easy to paint
Aluminum-zinc steel sheet has excellent adhesion to paint and can be painted without pretreatment and weathering treatment.
The gold-plated coating of aluminum-zinc steel sheet has excellent adhesion, so it can be directly coated on advertising boards and general plates without pre-treatment such as weathering.
5. The surface of aluminum-zinc steel sheet presents a gorgeous silver-white color.
6. The processing performance and spraying performance of aluminum-zinc steel sheet are similar to those of galvanized steel sheet.
