Galvanized sheet process flow

Galvanized sheet is a sheet that prevents steel from rusting by covering the steel surface with a layer of zinc. The galvanized sheet process refers to the process of subjecting the steel sheet to a series of processing steps and finally achieving the process of coating with zinc. The following is the process flow of galvanized sheet:
1. Surface treatment: First, the surface of the steel needs to be treated, including degreasing, rust removal, shot blasting and other processes to ensure that the surface is clean and smooth for the adhesion of the zinc layer.
2. Pickling: After surface treatment, the steel sheet needs to be pickled to remove the oxide layer and impurities on its surface, improve the activity of the surface, and facilitate the subsequent galvanizing operation.
3. Passage: The steel sheet after pickling needs to go through the passage process, which is to ensure that the surface is clean and flat, in preparation for the subsequent zinc liquid immersion.
4. Galvanizing: The next step is to immerse the steel sheet in zinc liquid for galvanizing. In the galvanizing tank, the zinc liquid is evenly deposited on the steel surface through the action of electric current to form a uniform zinc layer.
5. Melting: After galvanizing, the galvanized sheet needs to be melted to melt the zinc layer on its surface, making the zinc layer and the surface of the steel sheet stronger and stronger.
6. Cooling: The galvanized sheet after melting needs to be cooled so that the zinc layer on the surface quickly cools and solidifies to ensure the firmness of the zinc layer.
7. Inspection and packaging: Finally, the cooled galvanized sheet needs to be inspected to check the quality of the galvanizing on its surface, including thickness, uniformity and other indicators. After passing the inspection, it will be packaged and inspected before leaving the factory to ensure product quality. Through the above series of process flows, the steel sheet can be successfully galvanized to form a solid zinc layer, which improves its corrosion resistance and service life. The process flow of galvanized sheet can be said to be a rather complicated process, which requires experienced and skilled staff to operate and control.
