6. Cooling: The galvanized sheet after melting needs to be cooled so that the zinc layer on the surface quickly cools and solidifies to ensure the firmness of the zinc layer.
7. Inspection and packaging: Finally, the cooled galvanized sheet needs to be inspected to check the quality of the galvanizing on its surface, including thickness, uniformity and other indicators. After passing the inspection, it will be packaged and inspected before leaving the factory to ensure product quality. Through the above series of process flows, the steel sheet can be successfully galvanized to form a solid zinc layer, which improves its corrosion resistance and service life.
